If you enjoy darker free verse poetry this is the poetry book for you. This book has 50 poems and just as many quotes. The book also features color coded words that form their own lines within the poem. There is a twist within this poetry book which ties the collection of poems and quotes together to make a unique reading experience.

The twist...

The garden is cursed, someone died in it. Where they died corrupted the entire garden. The flowers that grow there, are memories and feelings from the soul that was lost. The flowers are the poems. The collection is the garden.

The poems are supposed to show the mind of a depressed, anxious, and suicidal person. The flowers that grow there are the thoughts and emotions of the soul that was lost in it. This book is supposed to emulate a person's journal. This person is Dahlia. Shes lost in this garden which has magical properties, and when she picks a flower she feels the thoughts, emotions, feelings, and memories of the person that died in it. Every flower she picks she writes down in her journal. The table of contents uses flower names so just like Dahlia, you can pick them at random if you wish. Dalhia wanders the garden collecting the flowers. Dahlia also has her own letters scattered through the book. Making an immersive connected reading experience.

About the Author

Jupiter M Moon
I am a poet from Pennsylvania, a writer, and photographer. My work explores themes of death, grief, mental illness, anxiety, self-harm, and the complexities of human emotion. I find myself often drawing inspiration from nature and my own deep personal reflections. I write poetry and short fiction that aims to confront difficult subjects with honesty and compassion. Through my works, I hope to create meaningful conversations around the experiences many people tend to carry in silence.
