His well-known nickname is earned from always being on time for every shift and getting his passengers across town without delay. He even keeps his own bus and engine maintained himself to ensure he has a reliable vehicle.

While on his route, Charlie notices a child flagging him down, and he gets a sense that things are eerily off and disjointed. His situation quickly devolves, yet eventually evolves into how a mundane routine can be infused with a larger destiny.
