Rebecca Jenshak scores big with Lucky Shot—a heartwarming, swoon-worthy hockey romance that hits every note perfectly.
I absolutely loved this book. I’m always a sucker for a grumpy/sunshine dynamic, and this one was an instant favorite. Nick Galaxy’s dad completely stole my heart—he added such charm and depth to the story—and Nick’s teammates were the perfect found-family element, welcoming Ruby as one of their own. I’ve never been into hockey before, but after reading this, I’m officially hooked on hockey romances.
Lucky Shot is everything I want in a romance: witty banter, emotional depth, lovable side characters, and the perfect single-dad hero. It’s an absolute yes for me, and I’m already counting down the days until the next book in the series.
