Eyes Up (Anya Rossi Book Book 2)

Anya Rossi had no intention of returning to Hearthstone, but after a shocking murder she is pulled back. Someone is pulling the strings of the locals and creating a tangled web of mysteries and lies. The small town will never be the same again.

I could not wait to spend more time with Anya, and I’m so glad I finally got to it! Every little breadcrumb that Frees gives us feels like a tease, but by the end it all falls into place. Shocked and shook by the end is the only way to describe it. I keep looking for a manilla envelope!

I really love the writing style and how we get to see the story from multiple viewpoints. It’s like the mastermind, their victims, and all their puppets are whisper in your ears. So good!

If you’re a fan of a tangled mystery with some great twists, then spend some time in Hearthstone. Just be careful who you trust.

I love BG Frees books.. Another twister of a book. That’s it that the post. I’m WTF did I read. You just have to read his books.

Another great read from BG Frees! I enjoyed Fatal Remorse so much, I picked this one up straight after, which is rare for me as I hardly ever read a series of books, preferring standalone novels. It's a testament to the author for such interesting characters and gripping storylines. I look forward to reading more from him in the future and highly recommend this series!
