I really enjoyed this one. So much I got through it in one evening. It's the first in a duology and I can't wait to fly through book 2.
You get magic, fated mates, Fae, a curse, unknow family origins of the FMC, a few kidnappings, and a hilarious cat/demon familiar. I enjoyed the banter and snark between the MCs.
It was easy to follow and not boring. Pretty fast paced so something new is always happening. It does leave on a cliffhanger.
It is done in duet narration, and the narrators did a great job giving the characters life.
