This was the third book in this series but I was able to read this without the prior two. I do want to go back and catch up though.
Cassidy is one tough broad who’s been through a lot. She’s an FBI agent who just wants to run her animal sanctuary. I loved the rooster and the comical goat.
This book is very suspenseful and will keep you intrigued. I highly recommend.

DEADLY AFTERMATH

This is book 2 in this series and should definitely be read in order.
There is a lot of drama at this school. I do not recall half that stuff happening when I was in high school. How do people find time for things like studying and tests?
So Heather is back but not quite as crazy. Eddy is huge in this book, as well as his teammates.
A fellow student is found murdered and both Heather and Eddie think they know who did it but they’re not thinking the same person. Who’s right? I thought I knew but I was wrong.
This book goes back and forth and it gets pretty intense at times. It’s fast paced so buckle up.
Also, there is a next book coming and the ending in this book sets it up beautifully. But now I have to wait!
