This book hooked me from the very beginning and kept me turning pages because I truly wasn’t sure how it was going to end. Sixteen years is such a long time to leave a town behind, and coming back to the kind of news Myla discovers made the story even more emotional and intriguing. I really enjoyed following her journey and seeing everything unfold. I’m hopeful there will be more about Myla in the future because I would love to know what happens next after the ending of this book.

Wow. I did not expect a short story to hit this hard.

Lovers completely pulled me in from the start and didn’t let go for a second. For something so quick, it packs an incredible punch. The writing is tight, the pacing is perfect, and just when you think you have a handle on what’s happening… it twists. And then twists again.

The Boy Across the Water absolutely broke me—in the best way possible. Make sure you have the tissues ready because this story will take you on an emotional roller coaster from beginning to end.

I couldn't put this book down. I completely fell in love with the characters, the storyline, and the beautiful way their journey unfolded. Every chapter pulled me in deeper and deeper.

This is a heartfelt story about soulmates, love, loss, hope, and the kind of connection that stays with you forever. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. One of those rare books that leaves a lasting mark on your heart.
